What changes the bill
Call volume is the first factor: more voice minutes means a higher bill, but the per-minute rate stays the same. There is no extra fee per agent.
The number of channels used also counts: a business that only turns on voice pays less than one combining voice, SMS and WhatsApp. For a business receiving 100 to 300 voice minutes a month on a single voice agent, the total budget is around €25 to €75 a month all in.
