No. Usage is paid with prepaid credits: no subscription, no commitment, no per-agent fee and no monthly minimum. The base call price is €0.25 excl. tax per minute.

What is the welcome credit?

The welcome credit is €10 excl. tax.

How is a Callifly number billed?

A number provided by Callifly adds €0.05 excl. tax per minute on top of the base price.

How are SMS and WhatsApp billed?

SMS is €0.10 excl. tax per segment. A segment is 160 standard characters or 70 with accents or emoji, and every started segment is billed. WhatsApp is €0.50 excl. tax per conversation with the same contact, up to 20 back-and-forth messages.

Call transfer, the knowledge base and external tools (calendar and appointment booking, CRM, API and connectors) are included. The customer's SIP trunk is free. Included tools are subject to fair use.

When is pricing on quote?

From 5,000 minutes per month, the Enterprise offer is on quote.
