1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the website www.callifly.com (the "Website"). The Website presents Callifly's services, public prices and resources, and allows visitors to get in touch, request a demo or create an account. Subscription to and use of the Callifly service are governed exclusively by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use of the Callifly application (version 3.2), available at dashboard.callifly.com/terms. They are accepted when an account is opened and prevail over any information on the Website.
2. Intended audience
The Callifly offer is intended exclusively for professionals. By using the Website's forms, the user declares that they are acting for professional purposes.
3. Pricing information published on the Website
- All prices shown are in euros excluding VAT unless otherwise stated; VAT must therefore be added.
- Pay-as-you-go, with prepaid credits: no subscription, no per-agent fee, no monthly minimum.
- Calls: €0.25 excl. VAT per minute, counted per second. Web calls (made from a browser or an app, without a phone number) are billed at the same base price. A phone number provided by Callifly adds €0.05 excl. VAT per minute; using the customer's own SIP trunk is free. Calls to premium-rate numbers (08XX) add €0.50 excl. VAT per minute.
- Messages: SMS at €0.10 excl. VAT per segment (160 standard characters, or 70 with accents or emojis; any segment started is billed); WhatsApp at €0.50 excl. VAT per conversation (up to 20 back-and-forth exchanges); email at €0.10 excl. VAT per email sent by an AI Agent (during a call or by an email agent); the end-of-call email report is included; chat on the customer's website at €0.10 excl. VAT per AI agent message.
- Tools: quality control (automatic AI analysis of each call: success, summary, quality score) at €0.05 excl. VAT per call; satisfaction survey (the agent asks the caller at the end of the call whether they were satisfied) at €0.02 excl. VAT per call where it is asked; DTMF keypad input (the agent navigates a phone menu) at €0.02 excl. VAT per use; transfer second leg (the call to the transfer destination number) at €0.10 excl. VAT per minute; Archi (AI assistant that configures agents through conversation) at €0.10 excl. VAT per exchange. Call transfer, the knowledge base and actions in external tools (calendar, CRM, APIs) are included.
- Enterprise offer negotiated separately, from 5,000 minutes per month.
- The binding price list is Annex 1 of the application Terms, in the Version in force on the date of use. Prices may change under the conditions set out in those Terms, with 30 days' notice sent to customers by email.
- Examples, simulators and cost estimates on the Website are indicative only and do not bind Callifly.
- Customers bound by a signed contract, quote or special conditions remain subject to their own terms.
- Partner programme (referral partners, resellers, MSPs): conditions set out in a written partner agreement, available on request.
4. Access to the Website
The Website is accessible free of charge, apart from connection costs. Callifly may suspend or modify it at any time, in particular for maintenance, without compensation.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, visuals, logos, trademarks, videos and structure of the Website belong to Callifly or its partners. Any reproduction or use without written authorisation is prohibited.
6. Content and liability
Information on the Website is provided for general purposes. The features, results, case studies and figures presented are illustrative and do not constitute a contractual commitment. Only the application Terms and any signed contract bind Callifly. Callifly is not responsible for third-party websites accessible via links.
7. Forms, demos and demo calls
Data entered in the forms is used to respond to the request and for business-to-business relationship purposes, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Where the Website offers to test a voice agent (demo call or callback), the user is informed that they are interacting with an artificial intelligence and that the conversation may be recorded and transcribed for the purposes of the demo and improving the sales service. Recordings and transcripts of demo calls are kept for 6 months and then deleted.
8. Personal data and cookies
Data processing and the use of cookies are described in the Privacy Policy (dashboard.callifly.com/privacy) and in the Website's cookie management banner. Contact: privacy@callifly.com.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute between professionals falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Montpellier, after an attempt at amicable settlement. This English version is provided for convenience; in the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
